Life here in the province is work. Well, for the most part that is. Most of us go to work for 48 hours – or 6 days – a week. Besides that, all we do is sleep, eat, cook, watch TV, browse through the web, and tend our farms in Facebook (God bless Facebook for this app!). Everything is basically routinary and it gets supah-boring at times. So on instances when we are free – meaning, Saturday nights and Sundays – we hang out with friends, eat a lot, and drink even more! Last Saturday, we did just that. We marinated some pork bellies in the morning and barbecued them after we got home from work. Here we are with our ever-smiling faces, enjoying a night of bonding right outside our humble home:

I'm sure it wasn't just our stomachs that were filled.. our hearts were, too. Thanks to good food and to even greater friends!
